Advance tickets are available via Ticketfly.com unless otherwise noted. Advance ticket sales end one hour before doors open. Ages 18-20 must purchase an advance ticket for Friday and Saturday night shows.
Additional tickets will be available at the box office the night of each show, on a case-by-case basis. Our box office is only open when our venue is open.

U Street Music Hall’s box office is cash-only. The bars accept cash and credit cards. An ATM is located inside the club.
Select live shows presented by U Street Music Hall and all live shows presented 9:30 Club and Black Cat are all-ages. Club nights presented by U Street Music Hall are ages 18 and up.
For any show that is not billed as “all-ages,” a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID is required for entry and for purchasing and drinking alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
U Street Music Hall is for dancing, not sitting. A limited amount of booth and bar seating is available throughout the club.

We have a seasonal coat check. Patrons may check their coats at $2 per item. There is a $5 fee for any lost coat check tickets.
We’re a block from the U Street/Cardozo Metro station – use the 13th & U St. exit, turn around at the top. of the escalator, and we’re on the next block after Ben’s Chili Bowl.
Last Trains from the U Street station run at the following times on Friday and Saturday night.

We encourage patrons to use public transportation. Street parking is available around the venue, though on busy nights it may be more convenient to use the closest paid parking lot at the Reeves Center, 2 blocks away at 14th & U St. Additional paid parking at 9th & U Street (next to the flea market site).
Recording policies are at the bands’ discretion and change night to night. No photos/video/audio recording is allowed during DJ events.
