Ayes Cold
Ayes Cold
DJ Ayes Cold is one of DC's busiest selectors. Five years into the craft, she has steadily created a unique presence in the District's music scene, performing at major venues like U Street Music Hall, the 930 Club, Rock and Roll Hotel, Merriweather Post Pavilion, Eighteenth Street Lounge, and more.

Ayes Cold builds her reputation around her eclectic selections, her mixes that seamlessly blend varying genres, and her intuitive ability to read and respond to a crowd. As noted by the Washington Post, "her eyes are as sharp as her ears."

Ayes Cold has DJ'd live on ABC7, performed at festivals like Trillectro, Broccoli City, The National Cannabis Festival, the Fields Festival, Bonnaroo, and SXSW. At SXSW she hopped on two official showcases with her drummer friend Kiran Gandhi and together they subsequently toured the east coast, hitting The Bowery Ballroom (NYC), The Sinclair (Cambridge), The Ardmore (Philly) and The Hamilton (DC). Ayes has also opened for Gaslamp Killer, Tokimonsta, Princess Nokia, and supported line ups with Solange Knowles, Anderson Paak, Chance the Rapper and D.R.A.M.

Catch Ayes Cold on Full Service Radio at DC's The Line Hotel every Tuesday at 6 PM ET.
DJ Freeez
DJ Freeez
Born in Plainfield, NJ, DJ Freeez began his music journey from after moving to Franklin, NJ. After throwing various house parties around the town and surrounding 732 area, playing music featuring remixes from DJ Jayhood, DJ Sliink, Nadus, DJ Lilman, and others; Jersey Club became the main propeller to keeping his events epic.

In 2011, collectives of the town, including DJ Freeez, created the group, #TeamFranklin. Earning more than 10 Million collective views on Youtube over the years, #TeamFranklin appeared in multiple Jersey Club music videos all while propelling their top song “Get Saucy.”

After the transition from New Jersey to Maryland, the collegial DJ attended Bowie State University and continued to demolish college parties, featured events, and DC nightlife. In 2014, HBCUBuzz.com awarded DJ Freeez as a Top 5 HBCU DJ in America.

All in the process, DJ Freeez joined SyceGame and began the Turbulence DC series in 2015. Each month SyceGame featured DJs like, Sumtime, Mista Selecta, DJ Sliink, UNIIQ3, Mane Squeeze, DJ Big O, K-Deucez, and DJ Rodd to headline their parties. The monthly Jersey Club-themed party series drew in crowds of hundreds at their venue on U Street.

In that same year, DJ Freeez was recruited to the legendary team of DJs of 93.9 WKYS. You can now hear him 5-days a Week at 9:00pm, and Weekends 2-6am.
